• RetireMe Users: Your use of the RetireMe retirement planner application is strictly governed by the RetireMe Terms of Service, which can be viewed directly at retireme.nz/terms.html. The RetireMe terms are fully incorporated into these Master Terms by reference regarding that product.

3. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in this website, our brand, our algorithms, and our underlying software code across all product lines are exclusively owned by Incendio Trading Limited. You are granted no rights or licenses to our property unless expressly stated in a product-specific agreement.

4. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes relating to Incendio Trading Limited are governed exclusively by the laws of New Zealand. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
